Einstein guides you through 3000 years of history of astronomy

Antares FullDome presents its latest fulldome production: “Astronomy: 3000 Years of Stargazing“.

After “Chronicle of a Journey to Earth” and “The Birth of the Solar System” Antares FullDome launches its latest 360º animation “Astronomy: 3000 Years of Stargazing“. With this film the team wants to spark astronomy interest, especially from the young planetarium visitors. Albert Einstein appears as a cartoon figure, guiding the spectators to various aspects of the history of astronomy: historical places like Machu Picchu and Stonehenge, leading figures as well as the development of technology – from the observation with the naked eye to nowadays telescopes.

“With an eye on the International Year of Astronomy with this production we particularly want the younger visitors to get to know more about the history of this science. It could serve as a foundation for a better understanding of the latest developments in stargazing.” says producer Pep Masias. “The Einstein cartoon communicates the complex knowledge in an entertaining way.”

“Astronomy: 3000 Years of Stargazing“ is distributed internationally by Antares FullDome. Further press material is provided at the company’s webpage.
